The buying process

HOW TO RESERVE A BRIDGET & BEA PUP

OUR PUPS ARE ADVERTISED ON PETS4HOMES, INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK AND THIS WEBSITE.

  1. Once you have seen a pup you like, feel free to drop us a message for more info, pics & videos.

  2. If you like what you see and read, then we will arrange a time to call you.

  3. We will discuss the pup in detail and also discuss the type of home and life you can give it.

  4. We will have many questions for you, and i’m sure you will have for us too.

  5. Once both parties are happy, we will then arrange a FaceTime.

  6. During FaceTime we will show you where pups are raised.

  7. We will show you parents and maybe even grandparents.

  8. We will discuss visiting the pup. However we understand that distance can be a problem. (PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ALLOW VIEWINGS OF PUPS UNDER 4 WEEKS OLD) This is due to risk of infection and mum being protective.

  9. If all happy and you want to secure the pup to yourself we will need your details.

  10. We will then send you a link to our reservation form. You will then be given bank details and more info on the process.

  11. Deposit must be paid in 12 hours, no pup can be held without holding deposit being paid. (THE PUP IS STILL FOR SALE UNTILL THIS IS PAID)

  12. As soon as payment is received, you will receive a receipt by business bank conformation.

  13. The pup is now secured to you and taken off sale.

  14. CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW BABY

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  1. We will keep updating you with pictures and videos until day of collection.

  2. We will also update you when pup has first injection and vet check.

  3. Just before collection we will send you our sales contract. This has lots of important information..
